Saw Operator

We are seeking an experienced SAW OPERATOR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on machining knowledge, and the ability to work with engineering drawings and CAD models. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration with machining and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• • Operate trim saws and various production machines throughout the plant to support daily manufacturing operations.
  • Perform material handling tasks, including operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and safely lifting parts up to 35 lbs.
  • Read and interpret job travelers, work instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production and adherence to specifications.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures (accurate to 1/32").
  • Maintain quality standards by identifying defects and ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements.
  • Utilize basic computer systems for data entry, job tracking, and production support.
  • Apply knowledge of welding processes and identify acceptable vs. defective welds (as applicable).

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in manufacturing capacity; preferably operating saws.
•  • Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/32nd.
• • Computer knowledge is desired.
• • Welding knowledge and the ability to identify good welds are a plus.

Pay: $17.50 TO START

Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
