Customer Service Representative

A local HVAC company is searching for a Customer Service Representative who will have core responsibilities in maintaining the office functions. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls along with scheduling and resolving customer issues. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.
