Bilingual Cleaning Technician 

Our client in Des Moines, IA is seeking motivated Cleaning Technicians to join their growing restoration team! This is a full-time opportunity with long-term career potential, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, storm, or environmental damage.
• Pack, inventory, and transport customer belongings to and from the warehouse for specialized cleaning and restoration.
• Coordinate and complete cleaning tasks while meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
• Utilize cleaning equipment, tools, and materials safely and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete one project at a time.
• Maintain open communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.
• Identify potential safety hazards and follow established safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse operations and contents restoration as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, restoration, housekeeping, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Iowa Driver's License with a clean driving record - Required
• Ability to travel to various job sites throughout the workday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available for emergency service calls when needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and personal belongings safely.
• Must be dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude.

Hours

• Monday–Friday with occasional travel
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available and may be required based on project needs

Pay

• $18.00–$20.00/hour DOE
