Assembly/Fabrication Technician - Long-Term Career Opportunity

Join our growing manufacturing team at our client in downtown Vancouver, WA! We're seeking dedicated individuals for full-time assembly and fabrication positions with excellent long-term career potential.

 

What You'll Do:

• Small and medium parts assembly with pneumatic tools
• Operate hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
