Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Concrete Finisher for a Floating Dock Manufacturing company based in Bradenton, FL
Duties:
- Prepare forms, molds, and reinforcing materials for floating dock concrete components.
- Place, spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools.
- Smooth and finish surfaces to specified textures and tolerances.
- Install embedded hardware, flotation components, and connection systems as required.
- Apply curing compounds and monitor curing processes to ensure quality and durability.
- Operate concrete finishing equipment, power trowels, grinders, and related tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but NOT required.
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in marine, precast, or waterfront construction preferred
- Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and repair techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor.
