Showroom Support – Jefferson Parish

Express Employment is hiring a Showroom Support professional for a kitchen and bath showroom in Jefferson Parish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and provide administrative support to showroom sales staff
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing
• Enter sales orders, bids, returns, and refund paperwork
• Maintain showroom appearance, product displays, and literature
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Stay informed on kitchen and bath design trends and new products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service or showroom sales experience
• Kitchen and bath showroom experience
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath products and current design trends
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused approach
• Ability to learn order processing systems and perform basic math calculations
