Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00/hour (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Summary:
As a CMM Operator, you will join the Quality Department and play a critical role in ensuring precision and consistency in high-quality thermal solutions. This position focuses on inspection, measurement, and collaboration with manufacturing teams to maintain strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
Interpret blueprints and GD&T to verify part accuracy
Utilize precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, and gage pins
Analyze inspection data and collaborate with CNC and manufacturing teams
Identify and communicate quality concerns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
Experience using measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, thread gages, gage pins)
Comfortable with basic math and computer systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate results
