Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate

Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary:
A facility in Elgin, IL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting overall production accuracy while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met
Check materials and finished goods for accuracy and defects
Follow established QA procedures and guidelines
Accurately complete all required quality documentation
Identify and report nonconforming products
Work closely with team members to support production quality
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Previous quality assurance or manufacturing experience is a plus
