Facilities Technician
Located in Willis, TX
Salary: $18-$20
Facilities Technician- $18.00-$20.00/HR DOE
A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a facilities technician to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing routine preventative, predictive, and reactionary maintenance on equipment and facility systems. Summary of essential job functions:
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/plumbing systems
- Conduct equipment installations and inspections
- Follow safety protocols including LOTO and JSA requirements
- Assist with container/heavy lift operations and housekeeping
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic Electrical Skills
- Sit Down Forklift experience
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Experience with preventive/reactive maintenance
