Express Employment Professionals of Everett, WA is recruiting a skilled Maintenance Technician for a night shift role with a reputable local manufacturing company. This position is fulltime / permanent role that is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to minimize downtime, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safe, high-quality operations. Pay is $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Occasional Friday shifts based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective repairs on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including VFDs, PLCs, gearboxes, motors, and solenoids
• Diagnose equipment issues using electrical schematics
• Complete and document work orders within a CMMS system
• Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe work environment by following OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and PPE requirements

Qualifications

• Experience working with CMMS programs
• Background in production/processing and packaging equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to pass a background check
