Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to apply protective coatings to equipment, machinery, and structural components. This role ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and quality finishes while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, grinding, priming).
• Apply coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Operate material-handling equipment (forklifts, cranes).
• Inspect finished work for quality and specification compliance.
• Perform minor surface repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Coordinate with production teams on schedules.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate painting equipment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial or construction painting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; fabrication or auto body experience a plus.
• Skilled with hand/power tools and spray systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements.
• Knowledge of industrial safety and materials handling.
• Equipment operation experience preferred.
