Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Temporary Front Office Assistant for a short-term position at an independent living facility in Everett, WA. This assignment is expected to last 2–3 months and offers flexible scheduling across multiple shifts.
Available Schedules
All shifts currently open:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Position Overview
This is a front desk, client-facing role in a residential setting. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, providing assistance, answering questions, and maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors at the front desk
- Answer questions and provide guidance on available services and resources
- Offer referrals for support services as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with basic computer/data entry tasks
- Support light food service (no cooking required)
- Handle and maintain food items provided for residents (breakfast and lobby resources)
- Monitor lobby activity; on-site security is present at all times
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor
Requirements
- Previous work experience required
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check prior to start
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Must obtain a Washington State Food Handler Permit prior to starting
