Clearwater company looking for a HVAC Dispatcher.

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

Position Summary:

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central hub of communication between customers, technicians, and office staff. Your role is critical in ensuring efficient scheduling, timely service delivery, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules for HVAC technicians based on job type, location, and urgency.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, technician ETA, and service updates.
• Monitor job progress and technician availability throughout the day.
• Adjust schedules dynamically to accommodate emergencies or cancellations.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, job completions, and technician performance.
• Collaborate with service managers to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Use dispatching software to manage schedules and customer data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in dispatching, preferably in HVAC or a related trade.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Clearwater and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Hardworking, self-starter, a positive attitude who shows up on time.  
• Typing 35wpm
