Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000, based on experience

Duties:

Drive sales growth by prospecting, developing, and securing new national accounts
Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts through regular communication and relationship building
Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing and internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Identify customer needs and coordinate with technical staff to define project scope and timelines
Develop tailored, cost-effective solutions to meet customer requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
Travel as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and support business development efforts
Work within a team-selling environment to achieve company sales goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (national or strategic accounts preferred)
Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively
Experience working collaboratively with technical or cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to travel as needed
