Field Superintendent

Located in Richmond, VA

Salary: $70k-90k

We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee daily field operations while actively working alongside crews in the field. This hands-on leadership role requires technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead by example while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on multiple job sites
• Lead field personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to team members
• Conduct job site inspections and address issues proactively
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and scheduling needs
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and site records
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel

Qualifications:

• Required experience in roofing and siding installation
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Working Superintendent, Crew Leader, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial roofing and siding systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Proven ability to lead crews while remaining actively involved in field work
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
