Machine Operator - Temporary Assignment

Salary: $15 / hour

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable and  industrious candidates for a Machine Operator position with an Established Tile Manufacturing Company located in Guthrie, KY. This position will pay $15.00 per hour, and the hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM. This is a Temporary Assignment lasting 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Vela machine operator with setup
• Unwrap bisque and load line
• Moisten bisque tile with sponge as it moves onto conveyor belt
• Quality Control of products
• Cleanup area
• Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of repetitive physical movements such as bending, stooping, and reaching
• Capable of standing on concrete for long periods of time
• Capable of working in a very hot environment
• Capable of working in a noisy/dusty environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
