Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Patient Liaison Representative for a client located in SW Chicago, IL. This role is focused on supporting Emergency Room discharge processes and serving as a key point of contact for patients.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with ER discharge coordination
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families
• Handle and follow up on workers’ compensation claims
• Manage cases involving personal injury and liability claims
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with workers' compensation claims is required
• Experience handling personal injury/liability claims
• Comfortable speaking directly with patients and handling sensitive situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual preferred:Spanish or Arabic speaking
