Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

Position Overview

As an Electrical Assembler, you will install, assemble, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems used on heavy-duty aerial lift equipment. You'll work alongside a skilled production team to ensure every unit meets quality and safety standards before leaving the facility.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on electrical work, problem-solving, and building equipment that powers essential industries.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and install electrical wiring, harnesses, switches, controls, and components
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues
• Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems
• Install and fabricate electrical components using hand and power tools
• Identify replacement parts using technical manuals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly or electrical technician experience preferred
• Experience with industrial wiring and power distribution
• Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and electrical testing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Electrical, Technical, or Trade School education is preferred
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is a plus
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
