Located in Kaukauna, WI

Salary: $20.00/HR+

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00/HR+, based on experience

Duties:

  • Prepare jobsites by clearing, grading, and organizing materials and tools
  • Set forms and assist with layout to ensure accurate placement and dimensions
  • Perform hand finishing of concrete surfaces to meet quality and project specifications
  • Assist the foreman with daily tasks, project coordination, and workflow
  • Support efficient jobsite setup and execution to meet deadlines
  • Maintain proper use, care, and basic maintenance of company equipment and tools
  • Keep jobsite clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Arrive onsite on time and ready to work each day
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications: 

  • Previous concrete flatwork experience required
  • Knowledge of form setting, finishing techniques, and jobsite preparation
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively under a foreman or crew leader
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
