Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: up to $45.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: up to $45.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Perform concrete flatwork for commercial and residential projects
  • Execute industrial concrete cutting and removal tasks
  • Complete cut-and-pour back work, including saw cutting and replacement of concrete sections
  • Install drain tile systems and assist with related site preparation
  • Finish concrete surfaces to specified grades and textures
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and direct sun
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in concrete flatwork and industrial cutting required
  • Experience with cut-and-pour back work and drain tile installation preferred
  • Ability to read and follow job specifications and instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
