Skilled Laborer – Restoration & Disaster Recovery

Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay: $17 - $19/hr 
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and cleanup of damaged residential and commercial properties
• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects
• Remove debris, damaged materials, and affected contents
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Set up drying equipment and monitor restoration progress
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, restoration, demolition, or skilled labor preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments
• Experience with water mitigation, mold remediation, drywall, painting, flooring, or carpentry is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred
