Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Order Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in order entry, customer service, and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, maintaining accurate records, and working efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry:
    Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems, ensuring all details such as pricing, quantities, and product codes are correct.
  • Order and Quote Review:
    Examine incoming quotes and sales orders to verify completeness and compliance with pricing and product guidelines before processing.
  • Order Processing and Auditing:
    Process, review, and audit all orders to minimize errors and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Order Tracking:
    Monitor order status from entry to fulfillment. Ensure all deadlines are met and communicate any delays or discrepancies to relevant departments.
  • Daily Task Management:
    Work efficiently and manage a consistent daily workload. Meet productivity goals without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Reliability:
    Strong attendance and punctuality are essential. Dependability is a key requirement for this role.
  • Customer Service:
    Provide excellent service to both internal teams and external clients. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Adaptability:
    Learn company processes quickly and follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of order entry experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • At least 1 year of purchasing experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of purchase orders and vendor invoices.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience with promotional products is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
