Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Position Summary
We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support fulfillment and print & ship operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing cycle counts, and ensuring all inventory discrepancies are identified, reported, and resolved in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control for all fulfillment items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Review daily reports and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Perform physical cycle counts and inventory adjustment counts
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate inventory discrepancies
• Support fulfillment, print, and ship operations as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy and process improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of warehouse inventory control experience or 2 years of printing/fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience with reach truck and/or order picker equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues efficiently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the warehouse as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment
