Job Title:  Front Desk Night Auditor

Schedule: Fulltime - 11pm - 7am Shift (specific days per week TBD)

Description/Requirements:

Our client is seeking a Night Auditor to manage daily financial activity across departments within their Sausalito resort. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciling receipts and credit card batches, reviewing the guest ledger, resolving discrepancies, posting accounts, and running daily management reports through the property management system. This role also supports front desk operations by assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, booking reservations, checking availability, and responding to guest needs as required.

• Ensure the accuracy of all financial information
• Organize and verify receipts
• Transmit credit card batches
• Review and assess the guest ledger for reporting accuracy
• Identify, research, and correct discrepancies
• Post accounts as required
• Run and distribute daily management reports from the property management system
• Provide sincere, warm, and professional interactions with all guests

Qualifications:

• Consistently deliver 5-star service standards by anticipating and responding to guest needs
• Maintain proper uniform appearance, cleanliness, and professional attire at all times
• Adhere to high safety standards and expectations for personal conduct
• Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Comply with attendance policies, including meal and rest breaks, and report any discrepancies to management
