Express Employment is looking for a Warehouse & Delivery Driver

We're looking for a safety-focused, reliable team player with a valid California driver's license who is committed to delivering excellent service. Based at our 18-acre Oroville facility, you'll work with modern equipment and technology while collaborating with the Retail Lead, drivers, and yard crew to ensure efficient and timely deliveries and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM (Flexible to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require)

Location: Oroville, CA

Job Description:

• Pick and prepare materials for scheduled deliveries.
• Receive, inspect, and organize inventory while maintaining accurate records.
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment.
• Cut and fabricate materials according to customer specifications using various shop tools.
• Operate a bobtail truck to deliver products safely and on time while following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Inspect, secure, and verify loads before delivery.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate effectively with the Retail Lead regarding delivery issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop environment.
• Assist with general housekeeping and other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid California Driver’s License (CDL required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Availability to work flexible hours based on department needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to identify and organize materials for multiple delivery locations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
