Co Pack Lead

Located in Jonesboro , AR

Salary: $19.00

Job Duties: 

• Lead consistency and continuous improvement efforts
• Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety standards
• Partner with on-site coordinator and company supervisor to take corrective action as needed 
• Report all accidents, near-misses, and quality issues promptly 
• Support line operations during downtime, cleanings, and changeovers 
• Provide clear directions and coaching to associates 
• Ensure proper training, documentation, and compliance with GMP's and SOP's
• Facilitate communication across production, quality, and maintenance teams 
• Manage breaks and assist on the line when necessary 
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements: 

• Strong leadership and communication skills 
• Must have a pro-active approach to problem solving 
• Must have a commitment to safety, quality, and team success 
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production w/ similar experience to role 
• Able to stand, lift, walk for long periods of time 

Work Schedule: 6am to 2pm Monday - Friday w/ OT as needed 

Job Duties:

• Pack product
• Support in production area
• Physically handle and pack parts
• Check quality
• Forklift driving
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience packing and manufacturing/warehouse facility 
• Able to repetitively lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, squat, kneel, stand, walk
• Forklift driving experience is preferred, must be able to obtain a forklift certification

Work Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday
