Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Automation Assembler for a reputable manufacturing client in the Snohomish, WA area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and experience working with small mechanical or electronic components. Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22.00/hour
• Schedule Options:
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Snohomish, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble valves, panels, and small mechanical components
• Perform precision wiring, including handling very small parts (magnification may be required)
• Conduct electronic testing, inspection, and assembly tasks
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to verify product quality and functionality
• Complete product testing requiring strong visual and auditory accuracy
• Follow technical instructions to maintain production standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members in a production environment
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and safety on the job

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, electronics, aerospace, or automation manufacturing preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, assembly tools, and testing equipment
• Basic computer skills and navigation
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
• Capable of repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
