Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a well-established company in Marysville, WA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing high-level customer support and working in a fast-paced environment 

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, approachable / coachable attitude and be willing to help with anything needed to make sure the team succeeds
• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide professional and timely customer support
• Generate quotes for standard and wholesale goods
• Prepare and process orders and related documentation
• Enter and maintain data in the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Process repeat orders and ongoing transactions
• Provide post-sale support to customers
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient service

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience
• Basic math skills (high school level)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented and process-focused approach

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent work experience
• Ability to provide two professional references
