Key Responsibilities
Greeting & Customer Service
  • Welcome guests warmly: Serve as the first friendly face when customers arrive, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Direct & Assist: Guide customers to service advisors, sales floors, waiting areas, or event check-ins.
  • Initial Triage: Record basic customer and vehicle information (e.g., mileage, name, and appointment status). Using an IPAD
Vehicle Handling & Lot Operations
  • Vehicle Park & Retrieve: Safely move and stage customer or guest vehicles.
  • Facility Organization: Ensure that service lanes, driveways, and parking lots remain clear, organized, and free of congestion.
  • Vehicle Prep: Install protective covers (seats, floor mats) before maintenance and pull cars to wash bays or pickup zones after service is complete.
Facility Maintenance & Support
  • Upkeep: Keep entryways, lobby areas, and waiting rooms clean and tidy.
  • Inventory Restock: Replenish amenities like coffee, water, and snacks for waiting customers.
