Production Operator | $18/hr | Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Position Overview:
- Join a locally established manufacturing company specializing in plastic netting, packaging, and protective materials used in construction, aquaculture, and industrial applications
- Work in a fast-paced production setting focused on consistency, teamwork, and meeting daily production goals
- Full-time, entry-level opportunity
- Be ready to push a broom when operations have slowed!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and tools (including scissors) to create plastic netting and webbing products used across multiple industries
- Complete repetitive production tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and keeping up with required production minimums
- Lift up to 50 lbs, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform bending, kneeling, and counting tasks throughout the shift
