We are seeking a part-time Epic Super User with strong Accounts Receivable (AR) experience. This role focuses on optimizing revenue cycle workflows and supporting staff within our Epic EMR system.
Details:
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Location: Chicago, IL area
Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for the Epic EMR system.
Manage and resolve accounts receivable tasks within the revenue cycle.
Troubleshoot system issues, streamline workflows, and assist team members with Epic navigation.
Ensure accurate billing, claim tracking, and financial data management.
Proven track record as an AR Specialist in a healthcare setting.
Deep familiarity and hands-on experience working with the Epic
Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and the independence to manage a flexible part-time schedule.
