Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Responsible for maintaining resort facilities, guest accommodations, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. Performed preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and responded to service requests while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performed routine maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, suites, and resort facilities.
• Troubleshot and repaired plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Completed preventive maintenance inspections and documented repair activities.
• Responded promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency service calls.
• Conducted painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general building maintenance tasks.
• Maintained pools, walkways, landscaping equipment, and outdoor recreational areas.
• Ensured compliance with safety regulations and resort maintenance standards.
• Assisted housekeeping and management teams in preparing rooms for guest arrivals.
• Maintained inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Identified potential safety hazards and reported necessary repairs.

 

Qualifications: 

• Spanish or English for the role is okay
• Previous maintenance, painting, and repairs experience required
