Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Resin Technicians for a manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach. This role focuses on mixing, measuring, packaging, and handling resin-based products while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety standards are maintained.

Candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a production environment will excel in this position.

Responsibilities

Mix, measure, and package resin products
Follow detailed production formulas and procedures
Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the production process
Label and prepare finished products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and quality control guidelines
Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, production, chemical blending, batching, or packaging preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow precise instructions and procedures
Dependable attendance and work ethic
Safety-conscious mindset
Steel-toe boots required

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
Handle production materials and containers safely
Work in an environment involving production materials and manufacturing processes
