Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Production Operatives for a growing manufacturing company in Virginia Beach. This position plays a key role in the production, packaging, and preparation of specialty products while maintaining quality standards, safety procedures, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist with manufacturing and production processes
Package finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory and stock accuracy
Follow safety, quality, and production procedures
Keep workstations clean and organized
Support material handling and production flow
Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams

Qualifications

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a physically active environment
Steel-toe boots required

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, reach, lift, and carry materials throughout the shift
Work in a manufacturing environment with a steady production pace
