Job Title: Estimator (Direct Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Classification: Direct Hire
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to support large-scale aerospace projects. This is a key role responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates and leading bid efforts for complex, multi-system programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, road-based cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
• Lead estimating efforts for large, complex aerospace projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, procurement teams, and subcontractors
• Perform risk assessments and ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the bidding process
• Mentor junior estimators and support team development

Qualifications:

• Experience estimating within aerospace or complex manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of cost structures, project planning, and bid strategies
• Proficiency with CAD systems, including Catia V5
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Commitment to quality and safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, and move as needed
