Landscaper - Physical Labor (Spanish Friendly)

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscaper to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable performing physically demanding work. This role focuses on landscape installation, property maintenance, and general labor—but does not include mowing.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Up to 40 hours per week)

Position Summary:

The Landscaper will perform a variety of outdoor labor tasks to improve and maintain residential and commercial properties. This position requires heavy lifting, physical stamina, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist wherever needed.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Install landscaping materials including mulch, rock, soil, plants, shrubs, and trees
• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the workday (up to 75 lbs.)
• Assist with landscape construction and property improvement projects
• Dig, rake, shovel, and perform other manual labor as needed
• Clean and maintain job sites, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site expectations
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
