Seeking candidates who are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and prevent breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and enhance productivity 
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in machinery and equipment, and implement effective solutions 
• Installation: Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations 
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including the condition of machinery, problems identified, and parts replaced or repaired
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to understand equipment needs and may assist in training staff on safe operational practice

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and fix equipment malfunctions efficiently 
• Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance is often desirable
