We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in the Richmond area. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a stable schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Welding certification is required
