Express Employment is working hand-in-hand with a Sparta local company that specializes the removal and clean-up of various debris left behind from fires, water damage, natural disasters, and more. This company is looking for individuals who share in the same values, enjoy meeting new people, and appreciate a job well done!

 

These are long-term openings. We are also looking to fill openings for Cleaning Technicians, Production Supervisors, and more.

 

Wage & Hours:

1^st Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, $18.00/hr to start and then once hired-$20.00/hour

 

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Manage and control costs of production projects
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
• Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks

 

 

Job requirements include:

• HSD or GED required, and IICRC certifications preferred
• Capable of following instructions, verbal and written
• Strong time management skills
• Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, have a positive attitude, and be a team player
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift 50+lbs, work in tight spaces throughout shift
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Previous cleaning/restoration and supervision experience is highly preferred
