A local Sulfur Additive company in Dandridge is seeking a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate to join their growing company. 

 

Job Title: CDL Driver with Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements and Warehouse Associate 

Salary: $31/hour (warehouse work) + $31/hour Drive time

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CDL Driver with tanker and hazmat endorsements to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves both driving and working in the warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting hazardous materials and liquids to various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive a tanker truck in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload cargo, secure loads, and perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service and required rest periods
• Properly complete all necessary paperwork and log books
• Work in the warehouse as needed, performing various tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Active CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• At least 1 years of experience driving tanker trucks
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Good driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical labor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
