Job Title: Stamping Press Operator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a skilled Stamping Press Operator to join a growing team producing high-quality automotive components. This is an excellent opportunity to work with brand new Komatsu servo presses in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that values precision and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stamping presses to form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform routine inspections of tooling and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality checks, and machine maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Assist other departments and support production needs as required

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling production demands
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs.
