What you'll do

• Prepare payroll reports for clients upon request
• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
• Process E-Verify for client new hires
• Assist the implementation team with gathering new client data
• Support the payroll specialist team with client requests
• Send Power of Attorney forms to new clients for e-signature
• Process auto-run payrolls and manage print room operations
• Package and ship payroll reports, checks, and labor law posters
• Schedule courier pick-ups and manage end-of-day mail drop-off
• Assist with year-end processes including W-2/1099 printing and shipping
• Manage office supplies
