Job Title: Field Service Technician (Direct Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Approximately 30% (mostly local; occasional short-term project assignments, limited overnight travel)

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret sketches and develop logic to bring equipment online for end customers
• Perform panel builds, system setup, and calibration
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems
• Support on-site equipment startup and system functionality
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications:

• Experience working with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
• Ability to write logic and troubleshoot from technical sketches
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Work Environment:

• Mix of office and field work (some plant environments may vary)
• Minimal physical demands

Travel Expectations:

• Approximately 30% travel
• Most work is local with limited overnight stays (2–3 per year)
• Occasional longer project assignments lasting several weeks to a few months
