General Summary: Express Employment in River Falls is currently recruiting for a Prescott company looking to add a Insurance Specialist to their team! This company is willing to pay for certification and training to ensure you have all the skills needed to be successful!

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary between 8:30am - 6:30pm) – Flexible (30-40 hours/week)

Pay: $20.00/hour - would go up based on experience and certification.

Location: Prescott, WI

 

 Job Responsibilities:

• Verify patient insurance coverage 
• Submit insurance claims 
• Review and resolve billing discrepancies 
• Follow up on unpaid claims 
• Communicate with insurance companies 
• Check insurance payments 
• Maintain updated patient insurance files 
• Handle patient and insurance-related phone inquiries 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance claims processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in insurance billing software and electronic claims submission systems.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with patients, chiropractors, and insurance providers.
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
