Marketing Director

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This leadership role will oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, guide cross-functional collaboration, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth objectives and increase brand visibility.

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, and traditional channels.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support product, service, and business initiatives through effective marketing programs.

  • Manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators.

  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and adoption of marketing best practices.

  • Mentor and lead marketing team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Marketing Director or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, marketing automation, content strategy, social media marketing, email marketing, and web-based platforms.

  • Experience with project management tools and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and analytics platforms is preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
