Job Title: Injection Molding Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Classification: Evaluation Hire

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to support production and process improvement efforts in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. This role offers strong growth potential, with opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support injection molding, plastics decorating, and assembly processes
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot robot and injection molding machine operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Analyze production data and optimize manufacturing performance
• Lead mold and material changeovers and support new mold launches
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to meet performance goals
• Maintain safety compliance, participate in EHS initiatives, and ensure a safe work environment
• Support daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn quickly and take a “do whatever it takes” approach
• Experience working with or willingness to learn Engel injection molding machines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands and tools
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30–50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching

Work Environment:

• Clean, newer manufacturing facility
• Exposure to loud noise, temperature changes, and typical manufacturing odors
