Located in Menasha, WI

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/HR

Duties:

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move pallets, materials, and equipment throughout the warehouse
Safely load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage racks
Stage, label, and organize materials to support accurate inventory and efficient workflow
Assist with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing materials for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies
Support general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification required
Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
