Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties:

Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets, raw materials, and finished goods throughout the facility
Stage, stack, and organize materials according to production needs and company standards
Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and warehouse storage areas
Assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counts, labeling, and documentation to maintain accuracy
Maintain clear aisles and organized workspaces to support efficient warehouse operations
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Support general warehouse and material handling tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required
Previous warehouse, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time-management skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Ability to bend, twist, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment
