Express Employment Professionals is hiring temporary Janitorial and Grounds Workers to assist local apartment communities during turn season.

Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Temporary turn season work, July–August
Location: Gainesville, FL area

Job duties may include:

• Cleaning apartments after move-outs
• Removing trash and debris
• Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
• Grounds clean-up
• Assisting maintenance teams with unit turns
• Other general labor duties as needed
