• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
• Perform required measurements to ensure parts meet specifications
• Maintain production efficiency with minimal defects or rejects
• Complete jobs accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Load and unload materials, organize pallets, and move work between stations

Class A & B Responsibilities:

• 2–5 years of varied manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform measurements accurately
• Experience operating punch press equipment preferred
• Strong mathematical skills (especially for Class A level)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust machines as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
